Brush on false lashes with Model Co

Who love the look and the effect of false lashes? Everyone, Who can apply false lashes? Not everyone.
Unless you are a professional makeup artist, you will have many problems sticking fake eyelashes to your own lashes. I personally tried many many times to apply them but unfortunately I couldn't.
I came across another invention that made my life way easier, which is the brush on fake lashes by Model Co, simply there are two tubes and three steps.
First you apply a coat from the extension mascara and ensure that each lash is coated, then step two: apply a coat of Model Co's white fiber lashes, then finally step three finish up with the extension mascara again, if you want a really dramatic look, repeat the above steps again. It's really super easy to apply, no drama about it, it's just the drama it creates, and stays all the day long, and it also super easy to remove with the normal makeup removal and without causing eyelashes fall.

To order please go to www.fibrelashme.com, they will deliver it to your doorstep with cash upon delivery service.

Mani Monday: Little Bu the perfect nail polish for Ramadan

One of the big dilemmas that we Muslim girls have, is enjoying a beautiful manicure and at the same time keep on our daily five prayers, because you have to remove the nail polish before washing up (Wedoa'a) every time before you pray, and washing up with your nail polish is something not acceptable at all.
I discovered a great invention that I found to be my savior in this situation, because I am a girl who loves her nail polish and love to have my nails always painted and shiny. Little Bu is a nail polish brand coming from UK, it's a water based nail polish, non-toxic, odourless, and can be completely washed-off by water, meaning that when you wash your hand it will be gone in seconds it's very safe to use for kids and practical for us Muslim girls.

Three years ago

Three years ago at exactly that time, I was getting ready for my official marriage ceremony (Katb Ketab), I can't believe who years flew so fast. Here is a photo of the Japanese pearls necklace I wore on that day, it was especially made for me by the great Egyptian designer Mona Daw, Mona is my favourite jewelery designer, almost all my gorgeous jewelery pieces were designed by her, she understands me and my taste so well.

Leila Elwy in Marchesa

Have you seen last night episode of the T.V program "Ana we Assal with Nishan"?  The Egyptian superstar Leila Elwy was being hosted by The Lebanese TV presenter Nishan (who reminds me strongly of the Lebanese hairdressers, whose names have to be Alaan, Johnny or Elie :) right ?!).
I could see that Elwy had lost a lot of weight and looked so young, fresh and beautiful in an elegant Marchesa dress, which is available with 30% off at net-a-porter.com Click Here

Sorry for the images, that were the best I could find.
Thanks to Akram AlNagdy for telling me about the dress..http://www.theroyalcouturier.blogspot.com/

New Openings

Thank God, I have been to some of the biggest and fanciest malls, but there will always be something about our own City Stars that I can't resist. I used to work 5 minutes away from it, so I would walk to it almost every other day after I finish work to get anything, to meet someone. "mmm right now I am recapturing the how my salary flew away moments".
So this weekend I was having an Iftar at Tamara Bistro " a recently opened wonderful restaurant in City Stars, that I will post about later", I arrived early to my date, so I took a short round across the mall, I have noticed a lot of the soon to  be opened stores, but what made me excited the most was Victoria's secret...yeah yes the real Victoria's secret will be opening soon but unfortunately the shop will have only perfumes and accessories, I guess its VS's policy not to have the clothes and lingerie in stores outside the US, and even in the states the stores have limited quantity or just selected items, but you can buy everything from their website.

Another thing that made me dance from happienes, well yes I was literally about to dance at city stars when I saw that ....drum roll here please Bath and Body works is going to open...I can't believe that we are going to have our own BBWs and I won't have to fly to Dubai to get a hand sanitizer, or use one of those ridicously over price groups on Facebook that sell BBWs for more than triple the price.

this pic is not mine, taken from Google

The last thing is Cold Stone ice cream, Cold Stone is my favourite ice cream ever. They have already opened a branch in Mall of Arabia 6th of October.

Helwa Ya Zooba

I missed you all, it has been a week since my last post. I have been traveling, packing and unpacking is the worst thing about traveling, but now I am back finally to my beloved Cairo. Since I reached the C-town I have been welcomed with heavy dinner and lunch invitation of Mahsy, Molokhya, Hamam and the likes :)
As much as I really missed the home-cooked Egyptian food, I also missed the famous street, food such as koshary, kebda and hawashy. So first time I went out for dinner I had to stop by Zooba, which is a new concept in dinning, which has recently opened in Zamalek. I went with my husband who is an expert in street food, "as like most of the Egyptian guys who spend more than half of their lifetime hanging out around the street food carts around Cairo".

Zooba is basically an authentic Egyptian street food with a very creative twist and astonishing interiors and food packaging. Everything you can crave for is there, foul, ta'aemya, sogoa'a, koshary, besara, kebda, hawashy and many more. We ordered two small koshary and one hawashy and one kebdah, the food was delicious, and the best thing about Zooba is that you won't be feeling guilty or afraid after eating thing like hawashi, kebdah or ta'aemya since the place is super clean. I highly recommend Zooba if you are a street food lover like me, or if you are a foreigner and want to have a bite of the true Cairo.

Karkadeh with lemon juice is a must try

How cool ?!

Patata  that you can add molasses, marshmallows and sesame to it

Even their menu is so creative
