Saffron Bistro: Restaurant Review

You really need to hear about our experience at this Italian restaurant, Saffron Bistro. This restaurant is just perfect, the service exceeded our expectations and the food was Divine! Thanks to the Italian Chef Angelo, I had one of the best meals of Italian food that I've ever had in my life. Angelo is really a perfectionist when it comes to what he will send out of the kitchen. Not only the food was cooked to perfection but it was also plated in a very appealing way. My only regret is that I didn't know about this restaurant before. The decoration was so elegant and cozy and it serves liquor for those who like to chill out and have a drink with a snack after a long stressful day. On the same evening we had a chance to have a little chat with Nihal Said, owner and restaurant manager of Saffron Bistro in Al Guezira plaza, Cairo, Egypt. She is the one who’s running this family business. The name of the restaurant is inspired by the universal spice, Saffron, that’s been used in many different cuisines like the Iranian, Indian, Spanish and French. Prices are really reasonable as Nihal wanted to attract all categories of people, even the employees who may come on their lunch time to have a quick bite. Providing customers with an outstanding dining experience is Nihal’s passion and main goal. She believes that the foundation of an outstanding meal rests in its ingredients. Therefore, she goes the extra mile to ensure serving healthy meals to her customers using the freshest highest-quality ingredients. Saffron Bistro is highly recommended to everyone!
