Unforgettable Diner in Cafe Belge

Last April, I had thepleasure to stay for my birthday weekend at the great Ritz Carlton, Read Review HERE. I had the chance to try the somehow recently opened Cafe Belge. Stepping into Cafe Belge is like leaving Dubai and entering into an old19th century cafe in Belgium or in Paris. The interiors was mainly wood with brown leather seatings, and dim lights..works well for a romantic dinner. It has a huge indoors seating and realtively big outdoors section with live DJ everyday.

The menu is huge and  diverse, however Cafe Belge is well know of it fine selection of seafood dishes. But unfortunately we arrived late to diner, and Seafood chef was about to leave. So we went for the next best thing, the Wagyu beef, and if you don't know what is Wagyu, it is a good cut from organic feed Japanese meat, the best in the world.  Me and Hesham ordered two burgers and Pineapple juice, I love the mix of beef and pineapple together, if you haven't tried it, please do it is so highly recommended. The burgers were literally melting in our mouths. My husband is a big burger eater, and he has eaten in a lot of places all around the world, but he commented that was one of the best he had ever tasted. I wanted to try some of the desserts but I was so full with a huge burger a side salad and fries.
