Two weeks ago I cooked pumpkin soup for the first time, I followed a very recipe that popped up in my mind as I entered the kitchen, but of course you can find billion more professional recipes online, but my recipe was super easy and I tried to make it as healthy as I could. I used to hate pumpkin so much, I had a bad experience when my mum and aunts forced me to taste one of those pumpkin with bechamel sauce they did, it was awful and unbelievably sugary though they found it to be super delicious, so I thought maybe I don't like pumpkin. But later I found pumpkin soup at the menu of one of my favourite take-out places and as I am curious as the cat, I had to try it and it was so delicious,so I have decided to recreate it at home. I went to the supermarket hunting down for the perfect pumpkin "felt like Halloween for some reason", I was lucky enough to have found already cubed pumpkin sold in plastic wrapped plates, I knew it may not be that fresh but I preferred that to the hassle of cutting a whole one. Pumpkin has low calories, full of vitamin A and anti-oxidants try to add it to your steamed vegetable mix, it really taste so good.
