Brunch @ the left bank

Around two months ago, a new venue called the Left Bank, opened in Sequoia. Of course I had to try it as I was always a big fan of Sequoia. The moment  I stepped inside this magical place, I knew I've found my favorite hangout in Cairo.

Left Bank is SUPER amazing place, overlooking the Nile, surrounded by glass windows and glass ceiling, so you can enjoy the sunlight without sweating till dehydration. With contemporary furniture, designed specially for them by Eklego Design,  I loved the purple velvet chair, the 18 meter long table and the lemon and mandarin bushes used for decorations.

As this blog is about the 4Cs ,Left Bank is also about the  3Bs, a bistro, a bakery and a bookshop. The restaurant in collaboration with Diwan, offer a selected book collection for sale to its clients. First time I went there, it was a Friday, after prayer. It was extremely crowded, but we managed to get a table. it was brunch time, so I ordered a pasta Carbonara and my companions ordered chicken curry sandwich and hot beef sandwich and we ordered Provencal pizza to share, everything tasted so good. Honestly I had so much fun, and in just two weeks I went there for 3 times though I live in Heliopolis.

Even my baby's giving Left bank the thumbs up

I had hard time capturing photos because as I said the place was so crowded, so whenever I snapped a photo I find too many people in it. So I am borrowing some photos from The Left Bank's Facebook, fr you guys to see this fabulous place clearly.

the 18 meter long table, that random people share.

You can see the library at the back of the photo, AMAZING IDEA
