Sotra Boutique

Fashion in KSA is not just about the plain black Abbaya, in fact there is some serious and I mean serious hardcore fashion going under those Black Abbayas. between all the concept stores and designers boutiques I have visited there, Sotra  Boutique was one of the best, located in the trendiest and chicest mall in Jeddah "Ana special", Sotra is one of a kind store, that design beautiful thobes (conservative dresses) and accessories, I had read a lot about the store from local magazines there and Saudi fashion bloggers, and during my last quick visit to Jeddah, I had to include it on my map.
I have fallen in love with Sotra as I entered the shop, everything there screams chic and class, from the window display to the beautifully designed dresses, even the mannequins there looked awesome.
Recently they have added a jewellery line to their collection, from the bow tie necklace to the coloured crystal earrings, they are all statement pieces. And although I am a not big fan of turbans, but I loved Sotra's, they are so different and Sotra knows well how to style them.
What I loved  the most about them, is that they care so much about the details, and also the mix of the soft colours with the so feminine designs.Sotra is a must visit if you are in Jeddah or if you are planning a trip soon, it's a boutique that Blair Waldorf will be probably dressed from if she ever wears Thobes. you got what I mean.
