well there is something that's even better, that is to buy something for someone in need. as I always mention this winter is the toughest in Egypt, we are not used to weather like that, there are a lot of poor people that can't afford to buy heavy clothes or even a blanket to keep them warm through those freezing nights, believe me there is nothing like buying a blanket and giving it to someone at the streets, the cleaning man, a homeless, give it to an orphanage, or anyone that you feel he really needs it.
You can find well priced onces in Carrefour or Spinneys for something like L.E 50, those 50 pounds you can easily spend everyday for a cup of coffee and a muffing from Starbucks, but it can save a family from cold for a whole season.
