Where was I ?
Ladies I missed you so much, I know I have been into blogging lately, I was roaming for months between Jeddah, Dubai, Australia and Cairo. I have seen a lot of pretty things (Thank God) that I am willing to share with all of you. I had very limited access to the internet and was so busy exploring new things and meeting new people and taking photos.
During my time in Jeddah, I passed by the newly opened Lush store, and did so much needed beauty shopping.
See photos from the store located in Stars Avenue Mall, and photos of what I got.
*Please note that all the photos belong to Chanel, Cupcakes, Cameras and Crayons. And was taken by my own camera, because recently some wanna be bloggers stealing not only my ideas but my photos as well.
What I got this time were; I got six assorted products, ranging from hair care, skincare and oral care.
I restocked on my second favouite soap from Lush, my first favourite is Honey I washed kids. It contains natural real figs and leaves, I love how the natural figs seeds that smoothly exfoliates the skin.
The second soap I picked was The Godmather. This one was recommended to me by the saleslady, she told me it is perfect for removing the bad smells of onions, garlic and basically any bad and undesirable smell. I tried it, it works like magic, I place it near the kitchen sink, and wash my hands with it after I finish cooking, and my hands smell perfect just after lathering them for only one time. I remember one time I made vine leaves from scratch and my hands smell horrible after, that I had to wash them for hundred thousands times over couple of days to remove the onion smell :)
This one is not for me, it's for my baby boy Hassan, it's for his bath time, with the smell of lavender to make him feel sleepy afterwards, of course nothing works with Hassan hahaha. Of course it's a tear free product.
This is solid conditioner, it smells very fruity. you just apply like normal conditioner on wet after shampoo hair, you just pass it down on your hair, and rinse. It's OK but nothing special.
Coalface is my new facial cleanser, it contains both charcoal and liquorice, very weird ingredients for a facial wash, right ? I have learned that charcoal absorbs excess oils leaving the skin oil free, and all works perfectly if you have acne and sebum. The liquorice helps to moisturize the skin to prevent dryness. It's a really good product that I highly recommend trying.
Last but not least my can't live without toothy tabs, they are like chewing gum, you just place them in your bag, and after eating out you chew them and rinse your mouth with water, and you will have the cleanliest and freshest breath ever. It's really strong and works even if you eat one kilo of green onions, just kidding.
